Buyer
The person whose name and email address are provided during the order. Digital delivery is made to the email address given by the buyer.
2. Subject
These terms govern the electronic purchase and delivery of a "Pro" license for the Sketch32 app, and the rights and obligations of both parties. The seller is based in Türkiye and Turkish consumer legislation applies.
3. Product and pricing
The product is not a physical good but a digital license key that unlocks the Pro features of the Sketch32 app, or a one-time digital pack code that adds to the app's AI allowance. Current plans and prices:

Prices are those valid at the time of the order. Payment is completed on the payment provider's secure page; card details are neither transmitted to nor stored by the seller.
4. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the license key or pack code is sent automatically to the email address provided by the buyer, normally within minutes. If it does not arrive, the buyer may request redelivery at info@ciraxis.tr or from the Support screen in the app.
5. Scope of the license
- Each key is valid on one device and binds to the device it is first activated on.
- For monthly and yearly plans the term starts at first activation.
- The lifetime plan is no longer offered for sale; lifetime licenses acquired previously remain valid without any expiry.
- When a term ends, Pro features switch off and the app continues as the free version.
- On changing devices the license can be moved by contacting the seller.
- Copying, sharing or reselling a key results in revocation of the license.
- AI packs are not licenses: they do not change the buyer's plan and do not extend any license term. A pack code is added to the device's AI allowance when it is redeemed and is valid for 30 days from that day; any remaining allowance expires at the end of that period. Packs do not renew, and buying several packs adds their allowances together.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Turkish distance selling regulations, intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. The seller nevertheless offers a voluntary refund; see Refund and cancellation.
7. Use and liability
Sketch32 is a tool that compiles the user's code and writes it to hardware. The user is responsible for the effects of the uploaded code on the hardware and for any damage to the board or connected components. The seller does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and works to fix reported defects within a reasonable time.
8. Disputes
Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Effect
By confirming the order, the buyer accepts these terms. They take effect once payment is completed.
