SketchPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Sketch32 app and sketch32.com collect, why they collect it and how it is stored. Data controller: Yusuf Çırak (info@ciraxis.tr).
In short
- No account, name or phone number is required.
- Your code and projects stay on your device; they are never uploaded.
- Compilation happens on your device — no cloud service is involved.
- We only receive your email address if you request details or make a purchase.
Data we collect
1. Device identifier
On first launch the app generates a random identifier and stores it on the device. It is not derived from hardware and is not linked to IMEI, serial number or phone number. It is used to bind a license to one device, to count the weekly upload allowance of the free version, and to route support messages to the right person.
2. Email address
Collected only when you request Pro details from the app or the website, or when you make a purchase. Used to send pricing information and your license key, and to handle purchase-related correspondence. We do not build marketing lists and do not sell your address to anyone.
3. Support messages
Messages you send from the Support screen are stored on our server so that we can reply. They are accompanied by your app version and device identifier.
4. Usage data
We store the number of uploads you make (to track the free version's 10 weekly allowance), your app version and the time of your last connection. The content of your code, your project names and your files are never sent to the server.
5. Advertising
The free version shows Google AdMob ads. AdMob may process data such as the advertising identifier under its own policy in order to serve and measure ads. See Google Advertising Policies. No ads are shown once a Pro license is active.
On sketch32.com we use a cookie solely to measure the results of our advertising. It is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties for ad targeting.
6. Payment data
Your card details never reach us. Payment is completed on the payment provider's own page; we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount and your email address.
7. AI assistance
When you use the AI feature, the sketch code you are working on, the compiler error output (if any), the selected board and the request you typed are sent through our server to an AI provider, and the generated code is returned to you. These requests only happen when you use the feature; if you do not, your code never leaves your device.
We do not store the code you send, the error text, or the generated answer. Only the request date, the model used, its duration and token counts are kept, for measurement. The provider we use may change over time; contact us for the current one.
8. Teacher applications
If you apply for teacher status, we collect your name, email, institution and a document proving you teach. The document is stored in a protected directory that is not reachable over the web and can only be viewed by the administrator reviewing the application.
The document is permanently deleted the moment the application is approved or rejected. There is no benefit to keeping it after the decision. The outcome and the contact details you provided remain part of your license record.
Storage and sharing
Data is stored on our server located in Türkiye. It is not shared with third parties other than:

We do not share your data with anyone else unless legally required to.
Retention
License and purchase records are kept for as long as legal obligations require. Support messages and information requests are deleted once no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@ciraxis.tr. Note that a deletion request also cancels your license.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top changes with any significant update.
