Digital goods and the right of withdrawal
The product is a digital license key delivered immediately. Under Turkish distance selling regulations (Article 15/1-ğ), such products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.
The refund we offer anyway
In case the product does not meet your expectations, we refund under these conditions:
- Requested within 14 days of purchase.
- The license key or AI pack code has never been redeemed.
- The request comes from the email address used for the purchase.
Even if the key has been activated, if there is a technical problem — for example the app does not work on your device — we first try to solve it; if we cannot, we refund your payment.
How to request a refund
Write to info@ciraxis.tr from the email address used for the purchase, including your order details. We reply within 3 business days.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the payment provider within 3 business days. How long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank, usually 3–14 business days.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans do not renew automatically; no further payment is taken when the term ends. One-time AI packs do not renew either: they are paid for once, are valid for 30 days from the day the code is redeemed, and simply end after that. So there is nothing to cancel. When the term ends, Pro features switch off, the app continues as the free version and your projects stay on your device.
Changing devices
A license key binds to the device it is first activated on. If you change phones or reinstall the app, write to us from the Support screen or by email and we will release the device binding. This is free of charge.
Misuse of keys
Distributing, reselling or sharing the same key with multiple people results in the license being revoked without a refund.
